ORIOLEPay MyContractor a comprehensive Contract Labour Management Solution (CLMS) deployed on BIL Server at the data center located in Aurangabad connected with 48 plants over the MPLS and Internet line.

The Challenge

The Key Challenges were as follows

  • Managing the centralized database of all almost 250+ contract labor suppliers and almost 24000+ contract workers of 49 plants in 7 states spread across India.
  • Configuration of a group with 32 multiple companies within the solution without compromising data secrecy and security across the group
  • Integrated 200+ biometric devices across all plants within the solution.
  • Real-time attendance capture and contractor performance analysis
  • Authenticated each workerā€™s shift-wise working and overtime hours.
  • Restrict wrong OT hours by having equal policy configuration across the group.
  • Company-wise, plant-wise, and group-level multiple role-based logins and access rights.
  • Begin the 24×7 working of manufacturing plants, managing multiple shift schedules across all plants.
  • Based on production demand labour performs multiple shifts therefore managing OT and working based on the allotted shifts requirement vary due to the non-availability of certain skills labour.

ORIOLE understood the business requirements and customized the ORIOLEPay solution to suit the customerā€™s requirements. A tailor-made team was deployed for this situation, consisting of solution architects, developers,Ā  UI designers, and QA.

The ORIOLE team worked in an agile manner to deliver a state-of-the-art system using a cloud solution on-premise deployed on the clientā€™s internal data center.
